January Yoga Challenge

It’s that time of year to refocus goals, intentions and to build more consistency and discipline in the things that make us feel good. Last year we hosted a 31 day yoga challenge for the entire month of January. This year we’re doing it again but want the focus to be more about consistency in your practice…even if it’s not every single day. How many days a week would you like to be practicing? What are your yoga goals? We want to help you on this journey towards building your practice and working towards a healthier body, mind & soul! You don’t need any yoga experience to start - you don’t need to be flexible OR strong. Most of our classes are beginner friendly so start where you are and let the magic happen!

So here’s how it works…if you’re wanting to be a part of this challenge, all you have to do is SHOW UP starting January 1st and come in and practice as many times as you can/want to for the entire month. Each time you come in, sign your name in and we will keep track of who’s coming each day based on the sign in sheets. See how many days you can get in within the month and let it set the tone for the rest of the year! If you DO decide to come in and practice for all 31 days of January, you will win a brand new Manduka Eko mat! Take pressure off yourself - this is not about winning, failing or burning yourself out. This challenge is about doing what you can and if you miss a day, enjoy it and let it motivate you to keep moving forward - have fun!

We don’t always need to wait until a new year to reach our goals but why not use it as an opportunity to reset and build positive momentum moving forward?! This challenge is free to join - the only expense is the cost of the classes you attend. We offer class packages, 1 month unlimited or memberships (autopay).
