Stress Management Workshop

This workshop will cover:

• Coping with pressure from the outside that makes us feel triggered, tense or stressed

• Recognizing negative thoughts, feelings, hardships, problems, and even positive events can be stressful

• Seeing how stress is unavoidable and sometimes helpful

• Learning how to react to change and tools/skills for addressing and managing stress

This is not a yoga workshop - all are welcome to join in. Space is limited to 14 people. Be sure to get your ticket to reserve your spot!
