Prepare your body, mind, and heart for the journey of motherhood in this supportive 5-week Prenatal Yoga Workshop Series.
Designed for expecting mothers at all stages of pregnancy, this series combines gentle yoga, breathwork, relaxation techniques, and mindful movement to help you feel stronger, more comfortable, and more connected to your growing baby.
Throughout the five weeks, you’ll learn safe modifications, alignment principles, and prop-supported practices that can be applied to many of the classes offered at Elevate Community Yoga. Our goal is to help you feel confident continuing your yoga practice throughout pregnancy while honoring the changing needs of your body.
In addition to movement, you’ll gain practical tools to ease common pregnancy discomforts, improve mobility and balance, reduce stress, and prepare for labor and birth. You’ll also have the opportunity to connect with other moms-to-be in a welcoming and supportive community.
No yoga experience is necessary. All props are provided.
