As the season shifts, give yourself space to soften, reset, and open. Bloom & Breathe blends intentional breathwork, slow Yin yoga, deeply supportive Restorative poses, and calming essential oils to nourish your nervous system and invite fresh energy into the body.

You’ll move through long, mindful stretches to release winter heaviness, followed by restful postures that encourage ease, clarity, and renewal. Guided breathing techniques will help you settle inward, while aromatherapy enhances relaxation and supports emotional balance.
