Join us for a hands-on workshop where you’ll learn to make your own jar of garlic fermented honey—a probiotic-rich, immune-supporting remedy with delicious culinary uses. Together we’ll lightly crush fresh, unpeeled garlic cloves, cover them in raw honey, and walk through each step of the fermentation process. You’ll learn how to safely “burp” your jar, store it in the right environment, and keep the cloves fully submerged as they transform over the coming weeks. We’ll also explore its sweet, savory flavor and how to use it for immune support, digestion, or adding gourmet depth to dishes like pizza, salads, and roasted veggies. Every participant takes home their ready-to-ferment jar to continue the process at home.
