Elevate Book Club: Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself by Dr. Joe Dispenza

We chose this book to fit into January's theme of change, new beginnings, and self-empowerment. In this book, you will learn why change is possible for anyone, what it takes to change, and how to use spirituality and metaphysics to apply those changes.

This book is your guide through the science of the law of attraction, quantum physics, neuroscience, and the power of belief. Through this book, you will come to know what it means when people say, "you can do anything you put your mind to." You will also be able to explain why you believe in your new age principles from a grounded, research-based perspective. Many of the stories in here stuck with me long after I read it, and I can't wait to read it again! There's so much good info in this book that I highly recommend reading with a highlighter in hand!

As this meeting will be at the end of January, we will also discuss how to keep change going forward after the energy of the new year dies down. We want to hear what your goals are for 2020, and how we can support you in reaching them!

We can't wait to see you all! This is a free event. Please bring a mug if you want some tea. Also, if you want to donate tea to the group, we'd love that! We have plenty of tea for now but we welcome donations before it begins running out.
