Yin is a slower, more meditative style with focus on releasing the body into deep stretches and holds with the use of props. This practice emphasizes letting go so that the body can melt beyond the muscles and release deeply into the connective tissues throughout the body. It is available to all levels of practitioners - yes, beginners too! Come enjoy this 60 minute class and relax for the rest of your day.
