Acro Vinyasa Workshop: Level 1 - Prone Sequence

Join Kaycie Hall & Josh Adams for their first Acro Vinyasa Workshop! This class will consist of a vinyasa flow warm up and special drills to help prepare the body for the acro poses we will be practicing. This workshop is Level 1 which means it is open to beginners and those wanting to build a solid foundation in Acro Yoga. The focus of this class will be on the prone sequence (base will be in a reclined L position and the flyer will be balancing on the base's feet - belly facing down). Expect fun poses like Bow, Half Frog & Updog along with other poses and fun/challenging transitions.

Come solo or sign up with friends! If you come solo, you will be grouped with other students - the best way to build more community! We are limiting space to 24 people who will be broken up into groups of 3 (base, flyer and spotter - you will have the opportunity to practice them all).

Cost: $20 non-members, $10 autopay members

Kaycie Hall just completed a 100hr ACROVINYASA training in Bali with Yoga Beyond and cannot wait to share this playful practice with all of you! This practice takes yoga postures from Earth to Air and will help to build strength, flexibility, body awareness, clear communication and your laughing muscles! Have fun, be safe and fly!
