Take flight in handstand! Expect core strengthening exercises, breakdowns on alignment, modifications, variations, and lots of time spent upside down. Handstands are a great way to build more strength and balance into the practice while having lots of fun. This workshop will help you to better understand the fundamentals of handstanding for wherever you are in your practice.

Learn With Lindsay - Handstand Challenge! Starting May 5th (day after workshop), we will begin a month long handstand challenge to put all of this workshop information to good use (ends June 5th). Even if you don't attend the workshop, this challenge is still open to everyone who'd like to participate. We've created a private Facebook group: Learn with Lindsay - Elevate Community Yoga where you will be practicing with Lindsay on different handstand techniques. Kaycie will be posting a video in the group with instructions on what you'll be doing. All you have to do is put in a little time every single day for a month and post your progress videos to the group! Lindsay and Kaycie will both be participating and posting daily - Kaycie will be offering feedback and suggestions to help you excel. Can't commit to an entire month? Do what you can. Plan on doing it all the way through? We hope you do! We want to see you progress AND have a great time along the way!
Remember: This is about challenging yourself while also listening to your body. A month of anything every day can be a lot, and handstand practice is no exception. Especially if this is a newer practice for you, don't get discouraged. Take your time and do what you can. This is just about finding more inspiration and consistency.
