“The Big Relax” workshop combines restorative yoga postures, breathwork, and guided meditation. This is a therapeutic yoga style that calms the nervous system helping you to unwind, sleep better, and feel rejuvenated for the week ahead. Gentle massage, music, and aromatherapy enhance the experience, encouraging a total sense of letting go. Give yourself permission to relax and ease into supported yoga postures. Your body and mind will thank you! This workshop is appropriate for all levels. Previous yoga experience is not necessary.

-Samantha Wiesner, E-RYT 200, is passionate about sharing with others techniques to consciously relax. She received her 200 hour teacher certification from Frog Lotus Yoga in 2013 and in 2015 began studying Therapeutic yoga with Cheri Clampett at the Yoga Institute of San Francisco. With a love for hands-on assists and massage, Sam recently received her certification in Thai Yoga Bodywork while in India in 2017. With a warm heart, she welcomes to you indulge in the relaxing part of the yoga practice.
