Join us for this relaxing special pop up class!


Experience a deeply calming practice designed to bring your mind and body back into balance. This 60-minute class blends gentle somatic movement, Yin stretches, restorative postures, guided breathwork, and soothing tapping techniques to support a full nervous system reset.

We begin with light tapping on energy points to release tension and soften the stress response, followed by slow Yin holds and supportive restorative shapes using bolsters and blankets. Class closes with a guided relaxation to settle the body into deep rest.

Perfect for anyone feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or simply needing to reconnect and regulate. All levels welcome.
