Get ready for a playful twist on your practice—Beer Yoga is coming to Elevate for Oktoberfest!

Join Tayoga for a fun, simple flow where movement meets laughter—and yes, beer is part of the experience! After class, enjoy bratwurst, brews and good company as we raise a glass together.

No yoga or beer experience is needed. Just bring your mat and an open mind!
