Yoga for First Responders

At Elevate, we are honored to support the brave men and women who serve our community. This special class is designed just for first responders—a space to restore, recharge, and reconnect.


Through intentional breath practices, you’ll learn tools to help regulate the nervous system and create a sense of calm. Gentle yet mindful movement through traditional yoga poses will support mental resilience, physical release, and recovery from the stress and vicarious trauma that comes with demanding work.
