This is more than a class, it’s a full-body reset.
Designed for women who’ve been taught to eat less, push through, and put themselves last, this experience invites you to flip the script and return to your body with compassion.
We’ll begin with a grounded nutrition talk focused on why eating more, not less, is essential in midlife. Learn how proper nourishment supports hormone balance, metabolism, and mental clarity.
From there, you’ll enjoy a balanced, nourishing snack to help your body and mind fully connect and prepare for deep rest.
Then, we’ll move into a gentle Yin Yoga practice long, supported poses that allow you to open, soften, and deeply reconnect with yourself. As you settle into stillness, you’ll bebathed in healing sound frequencies designed to soothe your nervous system andintegrate everything on a cellular level.
Walk away feeling nourished, empowered, and fully at peace, mind, body, and soul.

1. Opening: Gentle Grounding with Breathwork and Journaling
Setting the tone: Participants arrive and center with breathwork
Intention: “We’re here to learn how to nourish from the inside out.”
Journaling Prompt: I will invite participants to reflect on their relationship with food over the decades: “How have I been conditioned to view hunger and how do I want to change that?”
2. Nutrition Talk (45 mins)
Key Focus Points:
Why undereating is not serving your metabolism or hormones (especially in our 30s - 50s)
The importance of protein, fiber, and healthy fats for energy, mood, and longevity
How stress and lack of nourishment affect belly fat, sleep, anxiety, and digestion
Gentle tips on how to eat more intentionally, not less.
Handout: A food chart highlighting healthy sources of protein, high-fiber carbohydrates, and healthy fats. This will include a guide on how to build well- balanced meals that support energy, digestion, and overall wellness.
3. Nourishing Snack
Snack supports digestion, blood sugar balance, and calm energy
Something like chia pudding or overnight oats (High protein, high fiber carb and healthy fats )
Water for hydration
Helps bridge the mind-body connection before lying down
4. Yin Yoga + Soundbath (40 mins)
Guiding into the sound experience with the theme of inner nourishment
Affirmation: “You are safe to receive. You are worthy of care. Nourishment is not a reward, it’s your right.”
5. Closing Integration
Invite reflection: How did the sound and information land in the body?
Journaling prompt: What does nourishment mean to me beyond food?
