Yoga & Mindful Meditation for First Responders
A space to breathe, move, and restore.
Take time for yourself with an afternoon designed especially for our local heroes — firefighters, law enforcement, EMTs, nurses, and dispatchers — who dedicate their lives to serving others.
We’ll begin with an all-levels yoga class focused on releasing tension, building strength, and finding balance through mindful movement and breath. This grounding practice helps relieve the physical and mental stress that often comes with high-pressure professions.
Following yoga, stay for a guided mindful meditation — a calming experience to quiet the mind, reset the nervous system, and cultivate peace within. You’ll leave feeling centered, refreshed, and renewed.
Come for one or both — and take this time to honor yourself for all that you do for others.
