Women’s Self Care Circle

March Theme:

Embracing the Spring Phase of Life’s Cycles

Sunday, March 10th, 2-4pm

$25

Space is limited!

In nature around us, spring is a time of emergence and new life. Plants are sprouting, buds begin to appear on trees, colorful flowers start to bloom, and baby animals are born. The sun starts to rise earlier and set later, bringing more light to our days.

Taking cues from nature, how can we relate to ourselves during the spring time? What self care practices will support us in this season?  We may need to:

~Slowly emerge from winter and be tender with ourselves in that process.

~Connect with our bodies’ rising energy so that we can harness the vitality of this season.

~Safely find ways to play, experiment, envision, and dream big to enjoy the youthful, blossoming energy that opens us up possibilities in our lives.

March Women’s Self Care Circle activities will include:

  • A guided visualization with the maiden archetype as an inspiring, playful companion

  • A short, gentle yoga practice to awaken your body and help you “emerge from winter”

  • Guided movement practice with playful music

  • Dreaming Big collage (materials provided)

  • Tips/Q&A about spring phase self care for life’s cycles

In addition to the spring season of the yearly wheel, I will also share about three other cycles in nature that have their own spring phase or “season” and how we can apply spring self care within these cycles.

  1. The day/night cycle … honoring the dawn as the spring time of the 24-hour cycle.

  1. The menstrual cycle … honoring the pre-ovlulation phase of your monthly cycle as a natural “inner spring” time.

  2. The lunar cycle … honoring the waxing moon phase as a natural monthly spring time.

About Your Host: Abbie Silvers

As a Cyclical Self Care Coach & Guide, I recognize that nature’s cycles within and around us provide an amazing map to follow for self care. Cycles are naturally regenerative and sustainable. All we have to do is start living in harmony with these cycles to find more ease and flow in our lives.

I support women and biologically female people in becoming more aware of nature’s cycles (the seasonal wheel, the sun cycle of day/night, the lunar cycle, and the menstrual cycle) and in learning how to harness the innate wisdom of these cycles to experience intuitive, life-giving self care.

I offer virtual group & 1:1 coaching for women, as well as monthly in-person self care circles.
