We are happy to be offering our first Community Yin Class at Elevate and we are kicking it off with Annabell Ramirez! Annabell completed our last yoga teacher training and extended Softer Side training with focus on the gentler styles of yoga - such as yin! She quickly fell in love with the practice and is excited to share it with the community. The perks of community classes are that they are free for the public to join in, but also because it gives our newer instructors an opportunity to practice teaching and build their teaching voice! We all start somewhere so we are grateful for all that come to show love and support for our growing instructors at Elevate. How awesome that you get to be a part of the beginning of their teaching journey!
Yin is a slower, more meditative style with focus on releasing the body into deep stretches and holds with the use of props. This practice emphasizes letting go so that the body can melt beyond the muscles and release deeply into the connective tissues throughout the body. It is available to all levels of practitioners - yes, beginners too! Come enjoy this 75 minute class and help support the growth of our teachers and community!
