Pop Up Hatha Class with Em Schmidt

Slow down and focus on intentional movement and breath. This class emphasizes more of the alignment and slow mindful movements versus flowing one breath one motion like vinyasa. This practice can still offer a challenge and build internal heat but with a slower and more conscious approach. Did we mention little to no chaturangas?!
