Pop Up Guided Meditation: Community & Raising our Vibration

Meditation is a truly magical practice full of exploration, observation and stillness. This practice is available to everyone as it doesn’t require any experience or physical ability - you can sit on the floor (we have props for cushion) or in a chair (please bring your own). For this 45 minute class, we will gather and connect as a community in stillness - directing our energy towards positive shifts and transformation. Expect a brief introduction, a guided meditation, time sat in stillness followed by community connection building - if you’re wanting to knock down some walls and get to know your fellow people, we highly recommend this experience. This is more than a class, this is a moment to connect through stillness, silence, observation and touch.

Led by: Kaycie Hall. Kaycie here. I have been working to build awareness towards the power of meditation in our lives and the response within this community has been HUGE. I am amazed by the interest of inner reflection and growth and want to nurture this amazing community. I don’t teach meditation on a regular basis because I want my guidance to be special and meaningful. I am inspired to share this experience with all of you because it comes from my heart in all ways. I want to bring people together, to sit, and to connect with one another - this community is powerful. This is my way of giving back what I can.
