Arm balances can be an intimidating part of the physical practice of yoga. We often believe that we aren’t strong enough or capable of balancing on our hands, but as with most aspects of life, it’s just finding balance. This workshop is designed to break down the fundamentals of alignment and to offer different variations for wherever you are in your practice. Once the basics have been learned, we will put them into a flow of breath and movement that can then be added to your daily practice. Arm balances can be very empowering as they open up the mind to possibility and hidden strengths. Once we let go of the fear of falling, we can truly learn to fly!
