Whether you're brand new to meditation or have been practicing for a while, this guided meditation class is open to all! Kaycie will guide you through 30 minutes of relaxation and interconnectedness - helping to tap in to a deeper sense of self and understanding. You will notice how at ease you feel when you're done - it is a great practice for stillness and surrender. If you've avoided this part of your practice, we highly recommend you step out of your comfort zone and join us.
