Restore by Bee

I studied Eastern and Western massage and healing modalities at the Holistic Life Institute of Learning in Oakdale, CA.  After completing my 500 hours of training in 2014,  I became a certified massage therapist in the state of CA. I specialize in therapeutic massage, which is a fusion of Swedish massage with spot focused deep tissue as well as topical use of essential oils and aromatherapy.  In 2018 I expanded my studies and completed the 200 hour teacher training program at Elevate and began teaching 1 on 1 sessions of Restorative yoga with massage.

I am proud to provide a safe and comfortable space for people of all walks of life to relax, restore and find their calm.

Thai Yoga Bodywork with Sam Wiesner

Thai yoga bodywork is an ancient healing art form practiced in Thailand.  It is not really “massage” as Americans think of it, rather a practice of holistic bodywork.  This full body treatment is traditionally given on a thick floor mat with clients fully clothed. Thai bodywork combines acupressure, joint mobility, passive stretching, deep tissue compression, and soft tissue manipulation along with assisted yoga postures. The practitioner takes a multi-pronged approach using thumbs, palms, forearms, elbows, knees, and feet.

You do not have to be flexible to enjoy Thai yoga massage. Thai bodywork is always respectful and caring and can be adjusted for your needs.  Clients report feeling “taller”, “refreshed”, “deeply relaxed”, “open”, “expanded” and more aware of their body.  This treatment is sometimes referred to as “lazy man’s yoga”.  Thai yoga massage offers you the opportunity to breathe and relax, all while increasing your flexibility, health, and well-being.
