This 6 Week Meditation Course will be Tuesdays 7-8:15pm from Jan 8th-Feb 12th

How we do one thing is how we do everything. In this course, you will dive deep into the practice of meditation and will learn how to apply its lessons into all areas of your life. Learn how to go within and approach life with a new outlook. Whether you are wanting to learn more about meditation or would like support in your current practice, this will be the place to do just that. Join us in this six week meditation course LIVING stillness.
